Baptism is an outward sign of an inward change. It’s a way of publicly showing that you’ve decided to follow Jesus. Going under the water represents leaving behind your old life, and coming up out of the water represents the new life you have in Him.

We could not be more excited for nights like this—gathering together in worship and celebrating the life change that comes through Jesus. Worship has a way of fueling our souls, lifting our eyes to Him, and preparing our hearts to respond. And there’s no greater response than baptism, whether it’s someone meeting Him for the first time or rededicating their life. These moments remind us of God’s faithfulness and the beauty of walking in new life with Him.
