Volunteers are the heartbeat of FRLS271. What happens at our events isn’t just because of a stage, lights, or a plan—it’s because people show up with willing hearts to serve. Our volunteers are the first smiles at the door, the helping hands behind the scenes, the ones praying quietly over the room, and the ones who make every woman feel seen and welcomed the moment she walks in.

We love our volunteers because they carry the heart of this ministry. They don’t just fill roles—they create an atmosphere. An atmosphere where women can encounter Jesus, build community, and feel safe to worship boldly and live fearlessly.

Every moment of encouragement, every seat helped into, every conversation in the hallway—those moments matter more than they may ever realize. FRLS271 simply wouldn’t be what it is without them.

Volunteer FAQ's

No, if you plan to serve as a volunteer, you will not need to purchase a ticket to serve at a FRLS271 event. However, volunteers are responsible for their own travel expenses and meals during the event.

Your schedule for an FRLS271 event will depend on your specific team assignment, which will be communicated by your Team Lead. However, you should be prepared to be available to serve through the entire gathering.

Yes you can. Once you sign up, you’re on a list that our team goes through and places people for each event. We try to rotate out people to make sure everyone gets a chance to serve at an event!

We realize that emergencies sometimes arise and alter your availability to serve. If you apply and later find out that you cannot serve, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can fill your position. Teams experience significant challenges if notice is not given, so the earlier you can let us know, the better.

Each event is different! Your team lead will communicate with you on the time to be at the venue and in place before it starts.
