Reaching & equipping all generations
Paula has served in ministry for over 25 years, investing her heart into youth, college, and women’s ministry. Together with her husband, Robert, she raised three daughters while building businesses rooted in faith and service. Ministry has always been at the center of their lives.
In 2012, after the tragic loss of her middle daughter, Rachel, Paula felt a deeper call. Walking through grief gave her a new perspective—one foot in heaven and a renewed urgency to live with purpose. She knew life was too short not to pour into others and point them toward Jesus.
Out of that calling, FRLS271 was launched in 2018 as a local, community-driven ministry for women—a place to gather, be refreshed, and encounter the love of Christ. What began as a single event has since grown into a movement.
After years of building and leading together, Paula’s oldest oldest daughter Ashley now leads the ministry with the same heart, passion, and vision. With Paula still cheering, supporting, and speaking into the work, Ashley continues to expand FRLS271—creating spaces for women to experience authentic worship, meaningful community, and encouragement in every season of life.
The Lord is my light and my salvation—whom shall I fear?
The Lord is the stronghold of my life—of whom shall I be afraid?
FRLS271 is dedicated to creating spaces where women can engage in authentic worship and meaningful community. Our mission is to encourage women to walk boldly and fearlessly in their faith and to lead with confidence and purpose in every season of life.
Everything we do is rooted in Jesus. It’s not about religion, it’s about relationship—pointing people back to Him in every season of life.
We believe life is better when it’s lived together. Our spaces are built for real connection, where people can be known, encouraged, and strengthened in their walk.
Whether stepping into adulthood, raising a family, or leading in the workplace, every season matters. We’re committed to equipping and empowering people to live out their faith with confidence and purpose.
We are not tied to one church or denomination. Our gatherings are open for all who are seeking—creating space for people from every background to worship, grow, and experience God together.
We’re called to go and make disciples. Our mission is to raise up followers of Jesus who carry His love into their homes, workplaces, campuses, and communities.
Awaken was founded by Ashley Bodi out of a deep passion for the young adult generation. She recognized the critical transition young people face as they move from high school to college and beyond—a season that shapes not only their future but also the foundation of their faith.
In 2020, after attending a Passion Conference, Ashley felt called to create a ministry space uniquely designed for young adults.
Awaken was birthed as a community-driven ministry—not tied to a single church—where people from all backgrounds could come together to worship, build authentic community, and grow in their walk with Jesus.
The heartbeat of Awaken is simple: it’s not about religion, it’s about Jesus. The mission is to equip and encourage this generation to be disciples, carrying the love of Christ into every new chapter of their lives.
Fearless271 Ministries Inc. is a donor-funded ministry, made possible by the generosity of people just like you. Every conference, resource, and outreach happens because of faithful partners who choose to invest in this mission.
